SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Our policy lasts for 30 days after purchase; if this 30-day period has already passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return or exchange to be possible within the stated period, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received, with the same packaging and labeling.

To obtain a refund or exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please send the product back to us.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once we have the product and it has gone through our evaluation process, in which the condition of the garment and the points mentioned above are checked, you will be sent an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.

You will be notified later whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and you will receive a credit.

Please note that the refund will not include shipping costs, only the price of the product.

LATE OR NON-REFUNDS

  • If you have not received your refund within the stipulated period, we invite you to verify the information with your bank.
  • If you have already contacted your bank, it may take some time before the refund is reflected in your account.

ITEMS FOR SALE THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Only items with a regular price can be returned; if your purchase was on sale or discounted, no exchange can be made.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Our quality process is very high and we check each of our products thoroughly before it reaches you.

In case of damage due to transportation or manufacturing defect, your product will be replaced with another one exactly the same as the one you purchased.

We only replace items if they have a factory defect or damage.

GIFTS

Gifts from the company are non-returnable and non-refundable; these products are not exchangeable and will be shipped with the purchase package.

If your product is intended as a gift for a third party, this must be mentioned at the time of purchase. This will generate a gift receipt which can be used to exchange the size and/or style within the same price, provided that the purchased product is not on sale or discounted.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time varies depending on the region.

Once we receive the package with the return, we will send you the product replacement in approximately 1 week, and you will be notified as soon as the shipment is ready.

SHIPMENT

We offer shipping throughout Mexico and shipping promotions.

If you request a refund or exchange and your request is accepted, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend insuring your package or sending it via your preferred private courier service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
